Find answers to frequently asked questions about IEULearn and related systems
You can log in to IEULearn using your EkoID username and password. If you receive a username or password error while logging in, you need to contact the IT Support Office to reset your EkoID password.
If the problem persists, you can try the following steps:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Old browser data may prevent you from logging in.
- Try logging in again using a different browser.
- Restart your computer and try logging in again.
If you are still unable to log in to IEULearn after following these steps, you can contact the IT Support Office for assistance.
You do not need to create a separate username or password to log in to IEULearn. You can access the system using your existing EkoID username and password.
If you need to change or reset your EkoID password, you can contact the IT Support Office. Once your password has been reset, your new EkoID password will also be valid for logging in to IEULearn.
If you are having trouble logging in to OBS, you can send an email to obsdestek@ieu.edu.tr for assistance.
If you cannot see your course in your IEULearn account, first check the Student Information System (OBS) to make sure that you are officially registered for the relevant course.
If you are registered for the course but still cannot see it on IEULearn, send an email to ybs@ieu.edu.tr, including your student ID number and the name of the course you are having trouble with.
Send an email to TLC@ieu.edu.tr, including your student ID number, the name of your course, and information about the assignment you are having trouble with.
First, go to the relevant course and select the assignment you want to upload from the Assignments tab. Add your assignment file using the File Upload field, and then click the Submit Assignment button.
If your assignment is not uploaded after clicking the Submit Assignment button or you receive an error message, send an email to TLC@ieu.edu.tr. In your email, include your full name, the name of the course, the name of the assignment, and a screenshot showing the error you received during the upload process.
First, go to the relevant course and select the Assignments tab. Then, open the assignment and upload your assignment file using the File Upload field. After uploading your file, click the Submit Assignment button.
When the process is completed successfully, a confirmation message indicating that your submission was successful will appear on the screen. If you see this message, your assignment has been successfully submitted.

Your course content will remain accessible throughout the academic semester in which you are taking the relevant course. Slides/documents from courses belonging to previous semesters will no longer be accessible.
In important or exceptional cases, you can contact the instructor of the relevant course.
To access Panopto videos on a tablet or phone, you need to download the Panopto app.
After downloading the app, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner. Enter panopto.ieu.edu.tr in the Site field. You can then use the application by logging in with your IEULearn credentials.
Try clearing your browser’s cookies or using a different browser. Google Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers.

Panopto videos will remain accessible throughout the academic semester of the relevant course.
Downloading Panopto videos is not permitted under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Therefore, course video recordings can only be viewed and cannot be downloaded.
You can join your online class by going to the Zoom tab in your course menu and clicking on the class session created by your instructor.
