• Make sure you are using the correct login credentials. Ensure that you are entering the correct username and password. Pay attention to case sensitivity and ensure you don't press the spacebar while entering your password.
• Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Stored old data in your browser's cache and cookies may prevent you from logging into Blackboard. For instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies, check your browser's help pages.
• There may be an issue with the browser you're using. Try using a different browser and see if the issue persists.
• Restart your computer. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the issue.
• If you still cannot log in after trying the steps above, send an email to TLC@ieu.edu.tr with your username.

Password update operations are performed by TLC. You can either visit the TLC center or send an email to tlc@ieu.edu.tr with your Blackboard username and the new password you have chosen.

When setting your password, make sure to follow these rules:

• It must be at least 12 characters long.
• It must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit, and 1 punctuation mark.
• It must be different from the passwords you have used before.
• Your password must not contain Turkish characters or personal information.

If you can't find your course in Blackboard:

• Make sure you are officially enrolled in the course. Check your enrollment status in the Student Information System (OBS).
• If you have thoroughly checked and still cannot find the course, send an email to yom@ieu.edu.tr with details about the course you are having trouble with.

You can send an email to yom@ieu.edu.tr with the issue you are facing, including your user details.

You will have access to course materials during the academic term of the course. You will not have access to slides/documents from past terms. If necessary, you can contact tlc@ieu.edu.tr or visit our center.

Also, at the end of each term, you can download your course materials as an archive package from Blackboard and save them. You can upload this package to the new course page in the next term.

If you can't find your recording, click on the Panopto video section in your course menu on Blackboard. Then, on the opened page, click on the "Open in Panopto" button on the right.

Click on the Browse tab on the left and check if your recording is under your other courses. If your recording is in a different course, select it and move it to the relevant course using the Move or Copy button.

If you still can't find it, you can send an email to TLC@ieu.edu.tr or visit our center.

You will have access to Panopto videos throughout the academic term of your course. At the end of each term, an announcement is made regarding the date when video recordings from the past term will be deleted from the server.
